Readme missing several functions

The readme doesn't list all the functionality, e.g. partitions isn't listed (and many more when i check the list of exported symbols). It's actually a bit hard to know they exist.

I can't find any API documentation site either. The functions are documented, so it should be straight forward to generate such sites, no? (I haven't had time to learn about API documentation generators in julia yet myself, I just assume it's straight forward)
