Twitter's new SSO policy provides email address

I've tested it, but it seems that this NodeBB SSO plugin would need an update, since it still creates the user without the now provided email.

Therefore, sadly 😭 needing to disable the Twitter plugin for now, and just using the Google+ and Facebook ones. Thank you very much if you can update this plugin. 🙂
