Single click to open recipes with a label

Is your new feature related to a problem? Please describe.

1. On the page that lists the recipe labels, clicking a label opens a popup with a bunch of options. Most of the options are not relevant most of the time (rename, merge, delete).
2. It would be nice to be able to get to the recipes associated with each label in one click

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add an "edit" button for each label that opens the popup
2. Remove the "View all recipes button" from the popup. Instead, when you click a label it should directly jump to the list of recipes associated with that label

Absolutely can be added - feel free to open a PR, but if not I'll definitely keep this in mind after working on some of the sharing and editing improvements.

Took a quick look at this one today. Couple things:

1. It feels a bit uncomfortable on large desktop screens when a "manage" button is placed on the right side, since it's so far from the title of the label.
2. The nav and title of the page would need to be renamed to "my labels" rather than "manage labels" since it'd become a browsing-oriented page rather than a management-oriented page.
