Dependabot has this feature, so we should probably add it too.

We will probably need to figure out version number bumping first (#132).

GitHub now has built-in support for automatically merging pull requests (https://docs.github.com/en/github/collaborating-with-issues-and-pull-requests/automatically-merging-a-pull-request).

So, instead of reinventing the wheel and implementing this feature in CompatHelper, I think we can just recommend that people use GitHub's built-in automatic merging.
