Hi,

Using latest [as of today's date posting ;) ] Nextcloud v27.1.0 and Phonetrack v0.7.6 for the server side, for the client side : using the latest 0.1.0 client App downloaded from F-Droid.

Context
3 users with 3 mobile devices :

  • me
  • my wife
  • my son

Client Configuration :
on every mobile device, configured a Phonetrack logjob to my nextcloud personal hosted FQDN with same session Token (shared) to every user.
Settings are the same for each logjob on each mobile devices 👍

  • minimal distance : 1m
  • minimal time : 5 seconds
  • minimal precision : 1m
  • keep GPS on within each locations is checked
  • max delay for location configured to 0

The problem :
on every device, randomly, when connected to 4G/5G networks, the menu "Map for logjob session" display the map but "freezes"/ crashes on the Android Phonetrack client's app (see attached screenshot) :

When connected to WiFi, the problem does not seems to occur, curiously !? I cannot unerstand what is the cause, as I have no logs on server side to explain this or link the problem to a possible error :/

Could you please help/advise ? Maybe I have done some wrong configuration ?
