Send and read Header Information

Hi, is there an option to send additional headers or read response headers?
I want to use auth tokens like mentioned in this project: https://github.com/braiins/bos-plus-api.git
grpcurl uses the -H flag for sending, but i dont know how to implement that in nodered...

Any help on how to handle headers/metadata is appreciated!
(Absolute NodeRed/GRPC beginner here...)
