kcd-version change

Dear all

On January 31 2013 Kayak made a change in the kcd-format and introduced namespaces (see commit 258b7d1 [1]). So unfortunately "version="0.7"" is not supported anymore, as Kayak doesn't seem to be backwards compatible.

Would you mind to integrate the newest version of its XML schema [2]?

Hi @julietkilo could you make these changes? I think it would be best if we fix this in CANBabel. Maybe we can talk about this tomorrow :)
