Content sort can be slow - when translation manager is checking each item.

When you sort a large list of content, Translation manager is currently also checking each item to see if it needs to put something in the pending queue (when Translate on Save is on).

For this fix - translation manager will first look at the saved items 'dirty' properties and if only the sort order and update date have changed it will not examine the item - thus speeding up sorts.
