Specifically,

crosscorrs.pkl/crosscorrs.txt
channel_masks.txt/channel_masks.yaml
TIFF_metadata.pkl/TIFF_metadata.txt
Should all be consolidated into one, and made so that only one is generated.

The old parsers should be kept for backwards compatibility, but we should not be producing these anymore.
