Add Workflow Video to Minutes Of Meetings

Brief:
Once a Sales Call is done, an email is sent to the owner of the meeting with Minutes of Meetings.

Subfolder to create: /models/video_to_minutes_of_meeting

Feedback:

• did not manage to schedule it
• there is no specific folder where the result of the computation is done; it's an erase/replace
• how to make sure that we can easily iterate on the prompting (I made new specific cells to store the prompt as it's easier to display)
• how to add it into draft emails?

Draft email will take more time as we don't know how to do it so we will open an Hacktoberfest issue on awesome-notebooks.
