Reproduce

  1. Go to 'folder in file explorer'
  2. Click on 'URL bar, type CMD'
  3. Type 'python -m jupyterlab'
  4. See error '- check screenshot

Expected behavior

Should open the jupyter notebook and server should run

Context

  • Operating System and version: Windows 10 Pro
  • Browser and version: Firefox 113.0.1 (64-bit)
  • Jupyter Server version:
