Some books would like to add a standard footer to pages (for example, for acknowledgements). I'm thinking something like:

  1. Add a "footer" command-line argument (or config argument) that would point to an HTML file
  2. If added, there'd be an "include" to put this HTML file at the bottom of the page.

I like this idea ! Do you think it makes sense to do a whole HTML file over just text ?

Well, I think either would be fine w/ me - either a single line of HTML you specify in the config or in the arguments passed to the function, or for more complex HTML you could use a separate file
