My Jupyter Notebook had been running fine on my laptop until one fine day, I suddenly got this message:

Assertion failed: nbytes=sizeof (dummy) (C:\bld\zeromq_1530632972105\work\zeromq-4.2.5\src\signaler.cpp: 402) and then "python.exe" stopped working. After searching throughout GitHub and stackoverflow I didn't find any solution, just followed some instructions which I read in similar issue opened earlier on GitHub, I did the following:

  1. Disabled Firewall
  2. Uninstalled networkx
  3. I don't have any anti-virus in my PC

OS: Windows 10

My notebook crashes exactly every 2 hours.

P.S. Along with this I also have these issues:

-> Everytime I try to pip-install something I get SSL Certificate Verify Failed, so I had to put a pip.ini file manually, creating a new folder "pip" in %AppData%.
-> Also when my Jupyter Notebook launches, it is taking more than normal time to get ready, so when I execute my cells, nothing happens, I have to typically wait around 30 seconds.

These are some weird issues along with that crash every 2 hrs, that started happening all of a sudden. And this does not have constructive solution available on the internet till now!

@minrk please if you can help me anyway.
