[Help Wanted]: Order in which Jupyter searches for the libraries #4404

Is there any way in which I can give a path highest priority for finding the libraries in it? The paths where jupyter is searching for libraries first have old versioned libraries but the same time I can't remove those paths as including them is mandated by my company. Is there any way around this problem?
