Trying to add C# kernel to Jupyter but this error occurring. please help me #5027

I suspect something might be amiss with your argv stanza in this kernel's kernelspec (kernel.json) file and it's referencing a file that the launch software's Popen can't find.

The kernel.json file is located in the directory corresponding to your C# kernel. This directory is found using jupyter kernelspec list. Please provide the contents of the appropriate kernel.json file and we'll go from there.

There might also be other information produced by enabling debug on your command line (e.g., jupyter notebook --debug ...). Thanks.
