It seems that I can't start my Jupyter Notebook from the Applications menu using the stand-alone distributed by Snapcraft's Snap Store. Using jupyter notebook from the terminal works perfectly.

I'm currently using elementary OS 5.1 Hera based on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS.
Kernel Version: Linux 4.15.0-72-generic
GTK Version:
GTK 3.22.30

You'll need to provide more information relative to the failure. There should be traceback information in a log or console.

It seems that vala and wingpanel are having some issues launching Jupyter Notebook.
