Problem

We would like to introduce pre-commit into our CI pipeline to help with linting tasks. However, when I log in via GitHub and attempt to add an installation under the jupyterlab org, I encounter a 404 page. See below:

I suspect this is an authorization issue that is being poorly handled by GitHub/pre-commit.ci.

Proposed Solution

Could somebody with permissions on the jupyterlab org attempt to install pre-commit.ci on the jupyterlab/jupyter-ai repository on our behalf?
