This is what I see with jupyterlab 0.35.4, jupyterlab-toc 0.6.0, and Chrome 68.0.3440.75 (64bit Linux):

Any workarounds or updates here from anyone? I'd downgrade the TOC to before when this worked, but those versions are no longer compatible with the latest Jupyterlab, which I'd prefer not to downgrade.
