[SDDM/KSplashX] Possible White Screen Problem

So, despite my poorly written notes about needing the latest and greatest of bleeding edges of QT (aka, whatever Arch happens to have available) and required modules, apparently it's entirely possible for people to miss it: Example

To try and help circumvent this, I decided I'd lower the required user knowledge bar and drop the imported library versions down to more easier to come by versions. It's not entirely pointless though since a similar thing happened the last time I updated the Snowy Night Miku theme...which I still need to lower.

All of the SDDM themes have their imported library versions lowered.
Pretty much leaves Snowy Night Miku and the README.md
