[FEATURE] Use Ephemeral auth for Customer PM list and PM delete APIs

Feature Description

We want to enable Ephemeral auth for both customer's PM list and PM delete API for the SDK to be able to use these APIs in a non-payments context

Possible Implementation

Implementation would involve changing the Ephemeral auth types and auth process for the said APIs
