any request from how to run the docker, use the script or move their functionallity in to docker and compose?

@luben93 a docker setup would be awesome 👍

I'm not sure about what approach to take :) I think that for the time being docker shouldn't be a requirement, so users should be able to chose to use the docker or install ruby/postgres/redis on their own and then run script/setup (which does the rest..).

I kinda like the approach that Discourse has taken here https://github.com/discourse/discourse/tree/master/bin/docker.
