For animation layer there is enough just use binary LUT, so each color can represent 32bits or 32px
Make custom selector that can use all that data to encode / decode in each pixel data for all 32 tiles, and use same approach as for animated tiles, (Maybe Keyframes, AnimatedTileLayer)
