User Story

  1. As a {developer}
  2. I want {to use RFCs}
  3. So that {I can discuss language changes asynchronously and keep a record}

User Acceptance Criteria

  • A minimal (!) RFC process is documented for Jayvee and linked in the main readme

E.g. inspired by rust or npm
Also see emberjs, react and vuejs which are inspired by the RFC process of rust

Definitions of Done

  • A PR has been opened and accepted
  • All user acceptance criteria are met
  • All tests are passing
