Get the most recent episodes automatically

1. Create Endpoint in Server to look for and gather information for the most recent episodes not in firestore
2. Look into how Firestore can handle making this call automatically every week
3. Test

This would require needing to update to the blaze plan of firebase. Going to go for a method of just allowing the user to update on a push of a button and get the latest data. At a later point, upgrading to use firebase functions should be looked into
