Make calendar page background pluggable

It should be possible to select an alternate background to be rendered instead of the standard calendar page structure. The day numbers and special info will still be in the usual place, and rendered the same as before. Format for the alternate background could be SVG, JPG or whatever will work well with ReportLab.
