Going through the Plex App on PS4, I can see the channel, stations/playlists, etc, but the streaming doesn't start. I can go through the PS4 media player and access the channel, stations/playlists via DLNA, and it will stream that way. Not preferable, as PS4 media player is ugly, your channel via plex is not. Not sure if its possible or not for it to work via the PS4 Plex app though. Works via desktop app and web app, haven't tested on Roku yet.

I had some thoughts about diversification of end point devices (clients), because I use different devices: androis, samsung smart tv (2012) an previous generation AppleTV. As I understand, if some devices can play media and others - not, it means, that the format, in wich PMS is streaming the media, is not sopported on some devices for some reason. I found a couple of links about using ffmpeg as transcoding engine, but I yet didn't have time to prove my theory and to finally make most of media from PMS work on different devices.
So it could be the thing for you to dig into. Please, share the info if you acheive any success.
