What steps will reproduce the problem?
run do_leadps.csh (1.3.0)on LT50060221989206PAC00 and LT50060231989206PAC00
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ledaps product file run on LT50060221989206PAC00 and LT50060231989206PAC00
has an opacity layer that is all no data. Both images are very hazy.
What version of the product are you using?

I have run LEDAPS 1.3.0 on over 40,000 images with no issues like this
occurring before to my knowledge.
