I need to restart server frequently, is that expected?

Hi, I'm trying mdx-deck after a while and my experience is that I have to restart the dev server frequently for my deck to be alright. Is that expected / common?

For example, I tried adding the Notes component and the browser preview was broken until I restarted. Same with themes.

I am finding that as well. Basically anything that changes the import graph.

I believe this is related to an open issue with gatsby-plugin-mdx. Once that's resolved, you shouldn't need to restart the server

Trying to find the issue. Is it gatsbyjs/gatsby#19273 (closed without reproduction) or gatsbyjs/gatsby#17885 ?
