Estimado he probado el código en jsfiddle y me sigue apareciendo error en firma, realizando la depuración observo que el bloque SignatureValue y DigestValue del comprobante, no coinciden.

mira los certificados que tiene tu firma, ahora tienen varios

SignatureValue y DigestValue del comprobante, no coinciden.

resulto ser el serialNumber a veces desborda la variable por culpa del parseInt
