feature: serverless setup to decentralize stack

Local file access would allow for this to work without a web server.

proposal

Filesystem access is apparently never going to happen for web APIs, so perhaps some way to:

1. Auto-generate an Android app wrapping this (eg WebView API?)
2. Ensure app has permissions to access - or just share access with - syncthing/etc files.

Intended end-result

1. no silo: usable without owning any publicly listed servers (or even using any - say if syncthing is in use on phone, instead of Dropbox)
2. convenience: still accessable uniformly across your devices, just like the "cloud" (eg: syncthing)
