Need to figure out how to pass valid modules.

One option would be to include a commitplease.json or similar configuration file in the root of the repo. Then you can pull in settings from there.

Scott wrote a script to output a sorted list of component counts for a repository: https://gist.github.com/scottgonzalez/2c76f15371bdc50ee752

For existing repos, there's a lot of random one-time stuff, but the top components in jQuery UI looks pretty decent.
