Let Gitlab CI build projects that depend on Jzy3D API

Current CI just build this project.

There are dependent projects such as Graphs and Spectro that could be conveniently rebuilt upon core API rebuilds.

There are also dependencies that are used by Jzy3d which could trigger API rebuild
