Kubeconfig needs api address override

When you do k0sctl kubeconfig the port is set to whatever was configured to spec.k0s.config.spec.api.port (and apiaddress alike).

This is problematic if you deploy to for example footloose, as the port will possibly be something else than what you have exposed from docker, so you have to perform all sorts of trickery to change the server address in the resulting kubeconfig.
