A helper script to automatically create the proper SSH credentials for Github

• Automatically creates private/public keys
• Pushes keys to Github repository
• Adds keys to ssh config file

Install:

$ gem install githubautossh

Run:

$ githubautossh

• Refactor code into a class
• Add tests
