Add Option for Scaling

would be nice to say i want the file x times larger and not to tell the exact resolution.

We used to have this option, -f, --factor for scaling. However, since waifu2x takes in the format of "widthxheignt", I removed it since some videos were out of ratio for some reasons after upscaling. I will look into getting this feature back, because I know it would be a nice thing to have.

And you're welcome. This project was developed during the hackathon "hackthevalley 2", where we didn't even get an award. I never thought it would actually get popular. I've been losing sleep a bit these few days. After I get all the other things settled, I will reconstruct the structure of the code so it's more elegant and robust.
