Document the usage of NGINX_INGRESS_VALUES_PATH in the contributors documentation #971

This is the follow-up for PRs #964 and #967

NGINX ingress defines the digest value. Not all environments work correctly with this value.
I am exposing the path to nginx-ingress-values.yaml from our Makefile so that I can easily override these values if needed. If NGINX_INGRESS_VALUES_PATH is not explicitly specified, the standard file path is used, as we use now.

I suggest reflecting on changes like this in the project contributor's documentation or at least in the makefile itself
