Adding another LLM Backend for customer

Solution Description

Customer can select IBM Watsonx when using k8sgpt

Enlarge the eco-system for k8sgpt

We have just enabled watsonx go sdk at https://github.com/IBM/watsonx-go, will do some integration work soon, thanks
