Add an e2e test covering remote restores

We currently only test in place restores with Medusa in our e2e tests (restoring to the same cluster that was used to create the backup).

We would need to test remote restore case, restoring to a cluster with a different name and with different rack names.
Note that the dc names are used in the schema for keyspace replication, and cannot be different between the backup and restore clusters.
