[Doc Enhancement] - k8tz is tested in OpenShift 4.x

I've successfully installed k8tz into OpenShift 4.6 and OpenShift 4.9 by helm command.
I think it is ok to remove OCP installation from TODO items.

On OpenShift 4.9

 ❯ oc run -it ubuntu --image ubuntu
