use ionic rather vue

no hate, but vue apps dont work great specially videos buffer a lot and once they buffer they never play again.

may ionic is not as open source as vue but hybrid app don't cause any issue (though i got to use only one ionic app, may be few web apps too). but the two vue apps that i used had the never-ending buffering... (thay play sometimes, but most of times not).
