v2 global options doesnt work

global options like

Vue.use(require('vue-tippy'), {
    arrow: true,
})

doesnt work.

tippy option like

v-tippy="{ position : 'right'}"

also doesnt work.

If you using v2 please use placement instead of position, I'll link the TippyJs v2 changes I'll check the global options later
