<p>This tool is designed to show how different GS1 syntaxes can be used in different data carriers. Three different syntaxes are shown:</p>

<li>Plain syntax (just the <abbr title="Global Trade Item Number">GTIN</abbr> in a 1D EAN/UPC barcode);</li>
<li>GS1 element string syntax;</li>
<li>GS1 Digital Link syntax, including its compressed form.</li>
</ol>
<p>The latter two syntaxes are shown in Data Matrix and QR symbols.</p>
<p><strong>N.B.</strong> The codes here are for demo purposes only and are <strong>not</strong> suitable for use on real world products.</p>
