UKI: Upgrade of other booting entries

Related to #2379

When creating additional entries besides active/passive/recovery, we don't have a mechanism in place to upgrade them.

This card is to have a mechanism for upgrading different files ( the ones that will be possible to add in #2379 ) and for instance, the autoreset state.
