My attempt in fixing YM2612 sound on Megadrive/Genesis

Option "FM Ovedrive" is available in "Audio & Video" menu that enables FM Ovedrive feature.
Note: By "fixing" I do not mean Mister FPGA Genesis core inaccuracies but that in my opinion Megadrive/Genesis sound was broken to begin with.
