INTRODUCTION

Homepage Swap provides logged in users with the ability to swap the current homepage. This module allows for the selection of content types available for swapping. It will unpublish the current homepage, publish the new homepage and set it as the default front page.

No special requirements

INSTALLATION

  • Normal module installation procedure. See https://www.drupal.org/documentation/install/modules-themes/modules-8

  • Select Content Types To select the content types to be made available for swapping go to /admin/config/homepage_swap/settings and check the desired content types.

  • Swap the Homepage To swap out the current homepage, go to /admin/content/swap_homepage and select the desired new homepage from the list. A table with quick links has been provided to view existing options before selecting. Save the selected new homepage and the module will do the rest.
