Improvement of the Core to use a Database and an ORM in view of an upgrade of the API.

Questions:

Which database to use ?
~~Which framework for REST API ?~~ (keep using https://github.com/pallets/flask)
~~Which ORM ?~~ (https://github.com/coleifer/peewee)
