1.0 release is missing application-name config #19

In the 0.6.x branch, we could include an application-name configuration value, which would prefix all the metrics with that application name. It appears that the 1.0.0 release doesn't include this config value, and it's not clear if there is a replacement for it.

Hey Jason!

In 1.x the replacement is a configuration setting in Kamon itself, called kamon.environment.service. By default this tag and few others are added, you can control it on the additional tags config. The effect is that instead of filtering by metric name you will need to filter by a tag like service:myapp and then apply the rest of the filtering/aggregations that you would like.

I see. This is going to be a huge pain, since all of our Datadog dashboards will be wrong after the switch, because our current metrics are prefixed by the application name.
