I should write an FAQ.

It does not work. Why?

  • do the settings match the screenshot in the readme?
  • duplicate detection disabled?
  • what does the output say in the console?
  • is the sid surrounded by double quotes? ( "your_sid" )
  • if this doesn't help, post your settings and your log in an issue, also what OS and browser you use

When does my sid cookie reset?

  • Every time you relog. If your browser clears all cookies when you close it, that means every time you reopen it and log back into jpdb. You can set jpdb.io as an exception though, if you want to.

How can I let jpdb-connect open tabs in the background?

  • This actually depends on your browser. For firefox set browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground to true in about:config

Does this work with JL?

  • yes, but its barely tested
