[BUG] Ignore Self Applying to Self

When configure a effect to ignore self, it apply the effect on self.

Here's the item I configure:
fvtt-Item-dominio-radiante-xIKmtisuYJoqOVmT.json

The item apply an effect called Domínio Radiante on the source and an aura of 15 ft. that apply Blind on enemies, but the Blind is applying on the source too.

Compendium R&C is just a compendium module that I create.

I think it might be a bug in DAE or Midi for StatusEffects key. Try using macro.CE instead for now:
