Adding in the ability to run a program with a file target as well as the 
crackers so one could in theory run an entire mission via CLI (copy files Del 
Files etc. using the program.run.X,hexID,FileID) type targeting so one could 
server scan and then target files to pull etc.

He did it but instead of file ids or hex ids you have to trace out he coords 
where the window should apear
